Return and Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to report an issue or request a return for an exchange or refund. Please note that customized items cannot be returned or refunded. To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in unused condition and free from any signs of wear. Once received at our warehouse, your return will undergo a quality inspection.
