How much does delivery cost?
The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout depending on the size of the product, the weight, and the carrier you choose.
How long will it take to receive my package?
To reduce the waiting time for our customers, we use a direct delivery system from our workshops in Longquan and Thailand. Since our products are handmade and shipped from different countries, delivery times may vary depending on the specific item you purchase.
Estimated shipping time:
Katanas On Demand: These katanas are made to order and shipped directly from our Longquan workshop. The order preparation time ranges from 2 to 15 business days depending on the complexity of the parts. Shipments arrive in bulk weekly, and we handle customs clearance for packages going to Europe before reshipping them from our Canadian warehouse. For non-EU countries, customs fees may apply. European orders are imported via SF-Express and delivered to your home.

About pre-orders:
Our team will ship your package as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse, in accordance with the pre-order deadline. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking email.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.
I did not receive my package, what should I do?
