Customs Information and Duties
Because we value transparency, we want to share some important information regarding customs procedures. Depending on your order and location, your package may go through customs clearance. Here's what you need to know.
Customs processes are entirely out of our control, so we cannot include duties, taxes, or customs-related fees in your invoice.
As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by your local customs authorities. We are legally required to declare accurate values on customs forms and cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue the contents.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that the items you order are legal and allowed in your country. Orders placed are done so at your own risk.
If your order is affected by customs and you're unsure of how to proceed, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to assist you.
What to Do if Your Order is Held by Customs
If your shipment is held by customs, you’ll typically receive a notice by email or postal mail with instructions on how to proceed. Follow the steps outlined in the notice. If anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for support.
