Where your order is made and shipped from

Our pieces are hand-assembled in our partner workshops in Longquan, China, and in Thailand, and quality-checked at the workshop before shipping. Orders for the United States are shipped directly to your address.

Customs and duties

There are no customs fees for customers in the United States. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking

Once your parcel ships you receive a tracking email. If you have not received your order 20 business days after the expected delivery date, email us at contact@katana-america.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a payment link will be sent by email to cover reshipping.
